Philadelphia's elite Police Highway Patrol Motorcycle Drill Team gathered with Thomas Schomberg, the Rocky statue creator and the day’s Grand Marshal, at the Philadelphia Museum of Art Saturday before venturing to the Wells Fargo Center on 3601 S. Broad St., for the 58th annual Hero Thrill Show, which raises college tuition for children of comrades who have lost their lives in the line of duty.
